Drying Techniques
Assessment:
Just as with any problem, evaluating the situation properly prepares the technician for a plan of action. After all safety hazards have been identified and corrected, your property gets extensively reviewed for the full scope of damage. Our experienced technicians perform humidity and moisture evaluations throughout the effected areas, remove contents to prevent further damage, extract moisture, and prepare equipment to quickly begin drying your home.

Equipment:
Proper use of equipment determines how quickly your home will dry. Using a combination of air movers, dehumidifiers, and injection dryers strategically placed, our experienced technicians work to restore your home to a dry condition faster and better than anyone. Your home will benefit from the use of innovated injection drying equipment which forces air into ceilings, walls and cabinets using non-invasive injectors. This high volume of forced air ensures that both sides of the material will dry quickly, reducing the need for drywall and cabinet removal, in most cases.
Monitoring:
You will get to know our technicians as they come to your home as necessary to continue to assess the situation. Based on their assessment, your technician will arrive daily or every other day to continue doing moisture and humidity evaluations. In addition, equipment will be moved as necessary to facilitate the fastest possible drying time.
Thermal Imaging:
Using the latest technology, technicians take state-of-the-art infrared pictures of the water intrusion to determine how extensive the damage is, when necessary. This enables us to plan for faster drying and monitor your property with a baseline assessment by means of actual thermal images.
Removals:
In some cases, some building materials cannot be fully dried. While we do our absolute best, some materials must be removed and replaced. In this case, you will see our technicians working diligently to remove only what cannot be dried for minimal reconstruction.
Our number one goal: To thoroughly dry out your property as quickly and safely as possible before mold growth can occur. Improper drying procedure and increased drying time increase the chance of mold growth occurring.
